Happy Cinco De Mayo!!

Newbies: We do these posts to hold one another accountable for diet and fitness esp leading up to the big day!

Last night:
D- FI and I had sushi for dinner, so yum but I was stuffed!
W/O - Did Insanity Cardio Conditioning, I've done all of the DVDs atleast once now!

Today:
Not super hungry since Sushi last night so for B had protein shake after W/O (Insanity Max Recovery)
L - Tacos while at the E shoot
D - TBD

    Last night: Grilled Chicken, brown rice and brocolli

    Today:
    B: I skipped wasnt hungry at all.. I know such a shame lol
    MS: Granola
    L: Tacos I mean after all it is Cinco De Mayo...
    AS: Apple

    W/O: 1 mile on tread mill, squats, lunges, leg raises, it was an all leg workout today....

  • D- baked cod & rice with green beans

    didn't work out last night had too much going on

    B- Granola bar
    L- Wild rice & greenbeans
    D- Probably Gin & Tonics with lime
    W/O- Dancing my booty off for 4 hours
