Just curious if anyone else is having problems booking things so far in advance. I must have called 7 hotels in hawaii today to book for our honeymoon next year and EVERYONE is telling me to call back. I don't want to call back-I am trying to get things booked so I don't have to stress about them later. Ugh!!! Just annoying. Oh well, i will get over it!

That would irritate me too. I to am trying to get as much as I can ahead of time.

I did at one point... But I know that some hotels don't go out a year in advance... If there is a certain hotel I would say try back in June or July they shouldn't say no then...

ditto to amber. try calling in june. a lot of computer systems only go one year out, so if you want to book your hotel for say june 1, 2012, try calling june 1, 2011. That still gives you plenty of time to plan without having to wait forever to book.

I honestly havent even thought about that yet. We dont know where we are honeymooning yet... we are still trying to find a venue... we had one but when we got the quote, it was waaaaay too much so we are now looking into option number two.

I would wait until june or july... there are barely any hotels that will do that over a year in advance.

Ditto PP... hotels are rarely booking more than a year in advance, so try back in June. I haven't had a problem booking any other vendors, though. In fact, my photographer said she anticipates being completely booked for May-July of 2012 by the end of this month!
