* Accountability for yesterday 5/25 Weds

Good afternoon May ladies! (I came into work late at noon so slept in a bit today;)

Yesterday:
D - we were a bit a bad and went to another local Mexican restaurant for their 'all you can eat' lol...I did only have a chicken taco, flauta, and enchilada (pushing aside most of the tortilla)
W/O - Insanity Core Cardio and balance

Today:
B - honey nut cheerios + smart balance milk w/3 egg whites
S - lactaid cottage cheese + mango
Late lunch/dinner - chicken breast on baby spinach salad
Snacks - applesauce, nuts
Planned W/O - Insanity Max Plyo (2 more days!)

    Yesterday:
    Snack- 90 calorie granola bar
    D- Pasta and Chicken in alfredo sauce

    W/O- 30 minute walk with FI

    Today:
    B- Bread baked with sausage
    Snack- Medium Hot chocolate
    L- Turkey on whole wheat bread with reduced fat cheddar cheese and reduced fat mayo. Small Buffalo chicken soup  (I can't resist this when the cafe downstairs offers it- so yummy)
    D-TBD, we have lots of leftovers

    W/O- hopefully walking again if the weather stays nice :)
