Last night: Had 4 instead of 3 tacos out at dinner, but I wasn't horribly bad! .. those chips and salsa are the dickens!
Today:
B - Chobani blueberry yogurt w/strawberries
MS - Planters energy nutrition bar
L - sirloin steak greens salad
AS - 100% Whey chocolate post workout + applesauce
D - ground turkey + veggie pasta
W/O - Run 2 + miles / back weights circuit / tonight:Insanity Cardio recovery
