Happy Monday May-ladies! I hope the board is just off to a slow start, it's been quiet!
This weekend:
W/O: We did our train run again, about 4 miles (too muddy this time to go farther) on Saturday morning, Sunday I did Zumba and did that Friday also
Diet: I was pretty healthy besides chicken tenders that I love to cheat with. I had a bunch of veggies this weekend and stuck to lots of water and lime
Today:
W/O: Woke up to do 2.5 miles and pushed to finish a 5k and stretch
B: Egg with whole wheat toast
