May 2012 Weddings

Newbies: We do these posts to hold one another accountable for diet and fitness especially leading up to the big day!

Yesterday:
This week has been CRAZY in general with the new job. I am NOT going to let it get so crazy that I don't have time to workout!
D - TACO TUESDAY - 2 chicken tacos and corn chips
W/O: Insanity Max Interval Circuit

Today:
B - Chobani mango yogurt *YUM*
MS - dried mango (I love mango lol)
L - Baby spinach salad with chicken + egg whites
AS - fruit crisp thins + dried strawberry fruit strip (1/8 of a brownie that a co-worker made me split with her too)
W/O: 45 mins of Insanity Max Plyo
Post workout: Cookies & cream whey
D - Tilapia w/brown rice + asparagus

    Man, I wish I had your dedication!! I feel horrible after reading what you ate today. If i told you what I had to eat today you'd probably keel over :(

  • I'm actually proud of myself today-- I'm working from home and usually when I work from home I eat everything in sight.  I've stayed within my calorie range so far though, I just have to make sure I stick to this for the rest of the evening. :)

    Workout: A very short (20 min) run in the city on my lunch break.  Going to try to do some pushups/tricep dips around the house.

    B: Better Oats Raw Oatmeal with 2 stevia packets
    MS: FiberOne brownie
    L: Lean Cuisine BBQ Chicken Quesadilla with Jello Mousse Temptations cup
    AS: Orville Redenbacher 100 calorie bag, FiberOne brownie
    D: Footlong turkey sub from Subway with honey mustard/cheese/cucumbers/tomatoes/peppers/onions, and a FiberOne brownie (can you tell how much I love these things?!)

  • Does it count if you are trying to GAIN weight? I have a thyroid problem and since I've been so stressed out, I've lost too much weight :\
