This week has been CRAZY in general with the new job. I am NOT going to let it get so crazy that I don't have time to workout!

Today:
B - Chobani mango yogurt *YUM*
MS - dried mango (I love mango lol)
L - Baby spinach salad with chicken + egg whites
AS - fruit crisp thins + dried strawberry fruit strip (1/8 of a brownie that a co-worker made me split with her too)
W/O: 45 mins of Insanity Max Plyo
Post workout: Cookies & cream whey
D - Tilapia w/brown rice + asparagus
