Newbies: We do these posts to hold one another accountable for diet and fitness esp leading up to the big day!
Yesterday:
W/O - I did the ENTIRE HOUR of Insanity Max Plyo...holy cow! I usually only fit in 50 minutes and didn't realize how much extra stuff I missed at the end! I am hurting today lol
Dinner - Chicken breast on fresh greens with sprouts and vinaigrette
Late snack - apple sauce and 100% whey
Today:
B - Chobani Pomegranate (my LEAST favorite flavor...not getting it again)
MS - chicken salad and pickles lol Pmsing
L - chicken breast salad with fresh greens + sprouts
W/o - Insanity Cardio Conditioning + 100% designer whey drink
