I HATE RAIN!!! now we cant do the photos till next week! I am very upset about this.

was considering indoor photos but she doesnt have the right type of flash

Hold On.... I am not a photographer or anything but how does she not have the right type of flash??? Some wedding are held inside and they require a flash....

But if they are outdoors, rain SUCKs It's been everywhere lately!

yeah, "not the right type of flash" is a HUGE red flag.

I don't personally think its that big of a red flag, A lot of times photographers will rent things like different lenses and flashes or pool equipment with colleagues to cut down the cost of equipment.

</div><div>this is true but a flash is a pretty important thing to already have in your equipment. the cost of a flash isn't very expensive so renting it is going to cost them A LOT more in the end. i'd personally be questioning why they don't have the correct lighting equipment since it's something that could be a needed on a moments notice weather they be in an esession, wedding, newborn session, etc. but that's just my 2 cents ;)</div></div>

Maybe they meant they didn't have the right flash with them at the moment and wouldn't be able to go back to their office/studio/wherever to get it before the session? I agree that it's a bit shady for a professional photographer to not have the correct flash to do indoor photos. I feel like that would be a piece of equipment they'd use very often.

I know exactly how you feel!! Rain Sucks!!!! We had our e-pics scheduled for May 1st and it was rainy and cold That was the only day this month we could do it because we have so much going on this month. So we have to wait till June now.. It really sucks.

I know EXACTLY how you feel! Ours were scheduled for Saturday and we had to reschedule for Thursday Its not that much of a difference but I was definitely excited! Lets pray for no rain on our rescheduled days!

what was said was she doesnot havethe right flash and her next two weddings were paying for it. then later she said if it clears up we can go. it cleared up and she said she went on an errand. we said wed wait. she called back and said she drove through three hail storms (it wasnt raining at all) then said ill meet you anyways. then called and said she had no one to watch her daughter.

im done im just gonna have a friend use my camera (which has a built in flash eith umpteen million settings that cost 65 total) and get them for free. im spitfire mad! she yo yoed us all day!

The rain did not ruin my e-pics (yet at least) but yesterday was FI's college graduation and it rained all day long. It was cold and miserable and the fun party planned in the backyard took place inside It wasn't horrible but it could have been better, plus I was wicked bummed I didn't get to wear the new dress I bought for the occasion.

Have you booked her for the wedding? You may want to go over some stuff with her if you have. That's just unacceptable in my book. You don't suggest doing something later then go out and not be available.
