May 2012 Weddings

*Wed 4/27 Accountability*

I guess I'll get this started since Kat is MIA for a few days

D-2 eggs omlete style, topped with black beans, oinions & very little cheese
W/0- Brazilian Butt Lift- 20 mins intense cardio/ Elliptical for 15mins, & strength for 20 mins.

Today
B- Apple
MS- Granola Bar

  • Last night i kind of went a little nuts with stress over some things i had a bowl of chili and a bowl of home made pasta salad....and a fruit bar. shhhhh  I didnt get to each a lunch thanks to work...but other then the dinner stuff all i had was 2 fruit oat bars.

    this morning...
    B- Cup of "waist" friendly mix (walnuts, cashews, craisins and other nuts) and some water.(bleh)

    I feel like a field mouse :(
  • Morning!!!!!

    Last Night: Had oven roasted chicken breast, steamed veggies, along with some mashed potatoes (had a craving).

    W/O: I need to go run on the tred mill... It finally stop raining so maybe I will do something outdoors...

    B: Mango Chobani Yogurt
    MS:Nothing
    L: Turkey + Swiss on Wheat with baked lays
    AS: Apple and some almonds
    D: Philly Cheese Steaks (lol... Dad wants to go out to dinner so I said I would go....)

  • Okay.... Met with a friend who is a trainer at UofL to discuss my 2 lb weight GAIN


    He suggested UPPING my calorie intake.  This makes no sense to me but I guess I'm going to try it.  What's another couple of pounds now right? Frown

     

  • Yesterday:
    D: salmon, asparagus and roasted red potatoes
    W/O: hour walk

    Today:
    B: grapes & coffee
    L: Healthy Choice Bacon and Smokey Cheddar Chicken (SO GOOD!)
    S: cucumber slices
    D: baked chicken with veggies and some sort of pasta
    W/O: if it's not raining I'll go for another long walk

    I like him because he is a trainer at UF lol (Go Gators!!!) but I am guessing if you are upping your calorie intake it gives your body more to burn off??? Idk... Dont worry I am in the same boat you are... I sometime feel like I am the only one eating all the time...  it's just part of the diet world I guess... LMK how it goes... I think its time I find a workout buddy... these days at the gym are getting pretty lonely....

    I will def let you know.  Right now I'm at approx 1100 cals a day and I'm going to take it up to 1700 <img src="http://cdn.cl9.vanillaforums.com/downloaded/ver1.0/content/scripts/tinymce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-cry.gif" border="0" alt="Cry" title="Cry" />

    I'm anxious to find out what happens here.

    I wish I could go to the gym,  My prob is I don't have time.  I get my W/O in between meeting with brides & cooking dinner lol.  My only real break is 6am-4pm and thats only because I'm at my day job ha

    That's my caloric intake if I do that plus and hr of cardio aday I am supposed to lose 1lb a week....
