I hope all of you MAY-ladies are having a great start to the week!

This weekend, I was pretty bad...we ate out on Friday and Saturday BUT I still worked out and only munched on sweets mostly in part to Aunt Flo coming to town, I blame it all on her! lol
Anyhoo,
Yesterday started WEEK 4 for me of Insanity....it's getting easier and easier! I feel a lot tighter in my clothes and haven't lost but a 1LB but still!
Today:
B - Chobani blueberry yogurt
MS - Planters Nutrition energy bar
L - Sammich on whole wheat + mixed greens salad w/almonds & vinaigrette
AS - 100% cookies & cream whey post workout + fruit
D - TBD
