* Good Morning + Mon 4/18 Accountability

I hope all of you MAY-ladies are having a great start to the week! Wink

This weekend, I was pretty bad...we ate out on Friday and Saturday BUT I still worked out and only munched on sweets mostly in part to Aunt Flo coming to town, I blame it all on her! lol

Anyhoo,
Yesterday started WEEK 4 for me of Insanity....it's getting easier and easier! I feel a lot tighter in my clothes and haven't lost but a 1LB but still!

Today:
B - Chobani blueberry yogurt
MS - Planters Nutrition energy bar
L - Sammich on whole wheat + mixed greens salad w/almonds & vinaigrette
AS - 100% cookies & cream whey post workout + fruit
D - TBD

  • I ate pretty well this weekend, but I didn't really work out at all.  I blame it on my cramps and my "lady time"...I'm right there with you, Kat! LOL  I will be doing Week 2, Day 3 of C25K tonight, I hope!

    B - coffee and a bagel w/ cream cheese
    L - deli wrap with grilled chicken and lots of veggies
    D - TBD

    W/O: Starting the Insanity workout.... ( I am kinda scared...Embarassed)

    You're doing it too?! Girl, take your time and don't feel like you have to push yourself, for reals. The first 2 weeks I took a ton of breaks and I didn't jump as high as they did on the video or do as many reps...your body's going to be like "whoa! What the H is this?!"

    It's week 4 now and I'm just not feeling good, FI even admits I kick his butt.

    One bit of advise: do you have any wood floors or a gym room you can use? I have bad knees from running and I can't do Insanity at home anymore, it hurts my knees since the carpet is above concrete. Plus I have a bum left ankle (sprained before) and almost ate it on the carpet...so now I only do it on a hard surface (gym room floor)

    No wood floors in the house.... I could probably go to the gym though....Yeah my DVD's finally came... I will let you know how I do...
