Grrr.. so annoyed!

So I was looking at DB's website last night and noticed the BM dress I want for my girls wasn't on the website. So I called and the dress is being discontinued, but they said if I ordered soon, they should be able to get them in no problem. All my girls said they could pay for them by next Monday and everything was fine. 

I called DB's today to make sure they could get the sizes and color I needed for them, and they said they only have sizes 2 and 14 left in the color I need. So, I have to find a different dress I like

OMG thats stinks. Especially after getting all the BMs on board yo order ASAP and have the rug pulled out from under you. So sorry to hear that.

Ughhh that really sucks!!!  I was so set on my BM wearing a dress that I picked for them.  But it really became too much of a hassle and I got so sick of trying to please everyone.  I just decided to let everyone pick their own dress by the designer that I picked and the color I picked,  Then I won't have to worry about any of that.  

Maybe DB will come out with something new that is similar to the dress that you picked out? You never know!

Boo that stinks! Have you checked Alfred Angelo too (if there's one by you) they have decent prices and nice designs too (MOHs getting her dress there I think - plus I get a discount since I got my gown there

I was going to chime in with Alfred Angelo's as well.  I haven't been yet -- going this Saturday -- but they are one of the only chain stores that carries a BM dress in navy blue.  They have a very cute style that's relatively inexpensive (all you can see on the website is that it's under $100).  I'm sorry about the DB dresses though...that is SO frustrating when you finally have something picked out, try to cover your bases, and then you still end up losing it.

ugh, I'm sorry! That's so frustrating. Alot of times they'll replace a discontinued dress with one that is very similar. Maybe that'll be the case and you'll like the new dress just as much or even more!  If not, then I agree with PP that Alfred Angelo might be a good bet.  Good luck!

Ugh that sucks!!! I havent had much luck with DB. I'm getting my dress at AA and I think my MOH will get hers at AA also. I'm letting my MOH and bridesmaids choose their own style of dress in the color I choose.
