Hey all!
I am trying to get a flat stomach for the wedding...I'm not fat..but in my family runs a stomach.. Im literally 110 pounds..skinny minny..but I always have a belly..and I'm sick of ppl asking me when I'm due.. SOO do you ladies have any good belly work outs?
Crunches dont work..i did them for 3 months i was up to 30 every other night..and my stomach didnt go away..
I'm already eating healthier, but I love working out..
So any good work outs for the belly would be greatly appreciated!!
