When you send out your STD's do you use formal names like on your wedding invite (Mr. & Mrs.) or do you use informal, just their first names? I am sending STD's to some doctors I work with some that I call by their first names, some not so much. I think they might be the exception in my case. What did (or will) you be doing for your's? Also, are you doing lables, just handwriting or printing directly on them using your computer (not sure how to do this yet).. Just wondering what everyone was doing for theirs!
