Thanks! FI made it in Photoshop. (I just told him what I wanted it to look like since I know nothing about Photoshop. lol.) Are you able to see it in the post? I can't get the PIP to work correctly.

Thanks, ladies! daftmagpie, that is something we've run into, as we have very traditional parents/families, but I personally just like the way it looks with his name first better. Has anyone ever seen a monogram with the guy listed first? Is this a huge breach of etiquette?

It is a breach of etiquette to put his name first. How big of a breach, I have no clue lol. Its something I noticed right away but I wouldnt be calling miss manners to have her speak  to you or say "Oh my god did you see her monogram?"

Maybe show your parents since they are traditional and see if they mention it. I'm not even sure how many people would notice. Bottom line if you love it go with it.

I might have to do his name first so it really depends on how much you want to follow traditional etiquette. If I make something with my first initial then our last name initial then his first initial it spells a .. s .. s .... and I don't want to see that on my wedding day! lol

After talking to my parents, we decided to change it around, so now my name comes first, but we played with the spacing a little as well, so now everyone is happy.
