Happy Hump day May ladies!!

Last night:
I had 3 tacos (chicken) for Dinner and am still sore from the Insanity Plyo workout from yesterday

Today:
B - Banana Nut Cheerios w/Smart balance milk
S - Chobani Pomegranate
L - Salad from work w/chicken
S - Post workout shake + fruit cup
D - TBD for tomorrow's post
W/O: Insanity Cardio Conditioning on lunchbreak

  • I've been avoiding this here and there because I have fallen off the wagon big time

    D-1/2 of a 1/2gallon extreme cookies & cream ice cream
    I did workout though
     30 mins Elliptical hills

    B- Granola bar
    L- wild rice

     

  • B: Pria Powerbar
    S: grapes
    L: spinach salad
    S: cucumber slices
    D: TBD I have to go to an event after work, so this could get bad!
    W/O: 20mins on elliptical, hopefully at least a 30min walk if it's not raining

  • Last Night: I had blackened chicken pasta with a ginarmous bottle of water....

    I actually think I got in my eight glasses yesterday and that was day 1 without a diet coke... Now lets see if I can do day two...

    B:Luna bar
    MS: Banana and cheese
    L: Turkey and Swiss on wheat with some grapes
    AS: Raspberry Chobani Yogurt
    D: TBD

    W/O: For some reason today I wanted to do alot more cardio dont know why hmmmm.... But I did 1.5 miles on the tred mill, did some circut weights for the arms and I am about to do ab work out...
