4/3 Accountability + Update from Show

Happy Sunday ladies!

Today I am recovering a bit from some drinks last night. But only had a few (makes you more tipsy though when it's been a while!)
Had brunch with our best friends at Einsteins with a healthy bagel thin sammich...and plan to overload on water today. Lunch is homemade whole wheat chicken pizza and we're having shrimp stir fry for dinner.

After I head into work for a 1/2 day, plan to do Insanity Cardio Resistance Circuit :)

Last night's show was a blast! Here's a few pics, didn't sell anything but it's never about that...I'm happy to have a great from shows now to focus on making more new pieces!

    Today is my off day... I am going to start the insanity work out soon wait on the dvds to come to my door....

    For some reason I have been wanting crackers and peanut butter.... So that's pretty much all I had this afternoon... Slept in a little too late....

  • Glad the show went well. I  so need to get my butt back in gear on my workouts. I have been lazy this weekend since i am still sore from the accident. But I feel better today,

    Just work on getting better :)

    Remember that diet is usually key, so if you have that in check, working out will catch up ;)

  • I didn't get any real exercise in this weekend, but I did pretty well with food...

    Friday night I had a few small pieces of greek pizza.
    Saturday, FI and I walked around (window shopping) a bit, and split some teriyaki chicken and rice for lunch, and split mussels and a burger for dinner (but had a few beers).
    Sunday, I had a peanut butter sandwich for lunch and a steak tip salad for dinner.

    Hoping to go for a run or to the gym after work today, and having yogurt, split pea soup, and strawberries for lunch.
