Let's see, I did my 2-a-day yesterday with a cardio/arms circuit on lunchbreak and then Insanity: Pure cardio with the FI after work...much better on the legs in the wooden floored gym room versus at home on the carpet.

B: Vitamuffin sandwich (yuck, I'll never buy those again, holy bland
L: made healthy pot roast (lean) in the crock pot last night with carrots for us to take for lunch

it's TACO TUESDAY so we head to a local restaurant with friends after work and have 99 cent tacos...but they're good: on corn tortillas and lean mean versus ground
W/O: Plan to do Insanity: Plyo Cardio Circuit on lunchbreak
