Day of Timeline?

Hey ladies,

I'm sure there's been a post about this before, but does anyone have a really good "day of" schdule in excel? I found a template in google docs, but I just wanted to see what else is out there!

I don't have mine with me. My photog gave me one that he has used for most brides, and he said it works great because there is a lot of down time for any late people, or mishaps. I will send it to you on Monday.

This is what we have so far, I'll just post here

We are seeing eachother beforehand so this will def. be a different schedule than those who aren't going that route. 

12:00-2:00  GETTING READY **wall vary depending on who does pro makeup.

3:00-3:15    BRIDE AND GROOM FIRST LOOK

3:15-3:45    BRIDAL PARTY PORTRAITS

3:45-4:30    BRIDE AND GROOM PORTRAITS

4:30-5:00    FRESHEN UP FOR CEREMONY, GUESTS BEGIN TO ARRIVE.

5PM - 5:30  CEREMONY

5:30-6:30    COCKTAIL HOUR 

6:30-7:00    INTRODUCTION OF BRIDE AND GROOM AND FIRST DANCE, LEAH AND MATT WILL MAKE A SMALL SPEECH

7:00-8:00    DINNER IS SERVED, BRIDAL PARTY TOASTS

8:00-8:30    MOTHER SON DANCE, BRIDE/BROTHER DANCE

8:30-11:00  OPEN DANCING, CUPCAKE BAR TO OPEN AT 9PM, PHOTOBOOTH AT 930. 

10:30           SWENSONS SERVED

11:00           FIRECRACKER EXIT
