*Happy Monday* 4/4 Accountability! + Before/Afters

Happy Monday May-ladies!

Last night FI and I did Insanity...I'm on week 3 for myself and he's on week 2. We didn't want to do it at all: the Power Resistance Circuit, but did it! After we had a nice dinner of Sesame Shrimp stir fry with brown rice and a spinach and almond salad.

Today, I had a banana nut Vitamuffin for B, for L I have a Healthy Choice Chicken Margharita meal and Dinner will probably be something small. Sometimes I have a tendency to eat small all day so certain meals aren't really meals.
Also plan to do Tri/Shoulder weights circuit with cardio (5 minutes in between sets) on lunch and then Insanity Pure Cardio after work...so yes, it is a 2-A-DAY today..ouch!

I also thought I'd share a before and after so you guys can see where I've come from. I wasn't always fit and lost about 30 lbs to get to where I am now...diet and exercise...no supplements or shots or 'quick fixes'...helps results stay long term, for me atleast ;)

    You have came along way!!! Good Job....

    Of course the morning I wanna go running outside it rains so I did my C25k on the tredmill today. Also did knee extensions, knee flexors, lat pulldown, and the seated cheat press 3 set of 15 on all 3. Did a 30 min pilates abs workout.

    I am starting to get a little frustrated with my scale though... It hasnt moved in two weeks which I guess its a good thing but I wanna see the numbers go down...

    You can tell a little but I am determined to be down 20lbs before I go buy the dress...btwn FI and I together we have lost 48lbs.

  • I'm going to post pics tonight when I'm on my PC comp.  But for weekend acct. uugh

    Not a good weekend
    Friday night ordered pizza & chicken wings.  (my son talked me into it lol)
    Saturday- spinach quesdilla on wheat tortillas.  Whole fruit popsicle, didn't eat much since I wasn't home for most of the day & didn't want to eat fast food
    Sunday- Poptart :) grilled tilapia & squash- & about 1/2 cup of vanilla waffers. 
    Didn't work out at all either- kinda mad at myself actually, I did clean house for about 4 hours yesterday though :)

    Keep it up Ambie! That's great progress! :)

    Can't wait to see Lissa! And don't worry, I'm a sucker for sweets too. My fix: I don't buy anymore, if I don't have it in the house, I won't eat it

    I would still like to lose about 20lbs but I have a goal set of 15lbs more

    Thanks Ambie.  Your looking great as well. 

    Did 50 mins of hills on the elliptical tonight.  15 mins with weights & 10 mins of the med ball.  Had wild rice & a salad topped with salmon.  Woohoo.  I guess I'm trying to make up for this weekend lol.
    Off to read then to bed.  Good night gals

  • I'm hoping to give you all a picture of my "after" early September since that's when my dress comes in and I'm working at losing 30 pounds by then! That's the weight I was at during the winter of my senior year in college. The FI has lost 27 pounds since Feb. 15th so he's so far ahead... which is fine because I know my body is different! Anyways.. I just finished my first week of C25K and I'm loving it. I look forward to the end of my day just so I can go run. Also being on a schedule helps me sooo much more! I'm going to go make dinner... salmon burgers =o))
