Happy Monday May-ladies!
Last night FI and I did Insanity...I'm on week 3 for myself and he's on week 2. We didn't want to do it at all: the Power Resistance Circuit, but did it! After we had a nice dinner of Sesame Shrimp stir fry with brown rice and a spinach and almond salad.
Today, I had a banana nut Vitamuffin for B, for L I have a Healthy Choice Chicken Margharita meal and Dinner will probably be something small. Sometimes I have a tendency to eat small all day so certain meals aren't really meals.
Also plan to do Tri/Shoulder weights circuit with cardio (5 minutes in between sets) on lunch and then Insanity Pure Cardio after work...so yes, it is a 2-A-DAY today..ouch!
I also thought I'd share a before and after so you guys can see where I've come from. I wasn't always fit and lost about 30 lbs to get to where I am now...diet and exercise...no supplements or shots or 'quick fixes'...helps results stay long term, for me atleast
