I got all caught up in our other posts I almost forgot to post our Accountability one lol
Yesterday: Did Insanity Plyo Cardio (I was SO sore from the day before I almost died)
Dinner - turkey kielbasa w/corn & whole grain rotini & cheese, Cinnamin cheerios for dessert lol
Today:
B - Chobani CHERRY, Publix has new flavors!
L - leftovers from dinner last night
ASnacks - Designer Whey protein to go, applesauce, 100% cookies & cream whey post workout shake, fruit cup
D - dinner date w/girlfriends at a local Creperie (going to grab FI something too while he's working OT)
W/O - run 2 miles + back circuit today on lunch
