* Weds 4/20 Accountability!

Good afternoon womans! ;) I got all caught up in our other posts I almost forgot to post our Accountability one lol

Yesterday: Did Insanity Plyo Cardio (I was SO sore from the day before I almost died)
Dinner - turkey kielbasa w/corn & whole grain rotini & cheese, Cinnamin cheerios for dessert lol

Today:
B - Chobani CHERRY, Publix has new flavors!
L - leftovers from dinner last night
ASnacks - Designer Whey protein to go, applesauce, 100% cookies & cream whey post workout shake, fruit cup
D - dinner date w/girlfriends at a local Creperie (going to grab FI something too while he's working OT)
W/O - run 2 miles + back circuit today on lunch

  • I had a little too much fun at dinner last night and wasn't able to do my work out this morning but I WILL get to it today after work so....

    B: Scrambled egg whites and cheese
    S: Protein shake
    L: More veggie casserole and turkey sandwich
    S: greek yogurt and post work out shake
    D: ? Maybe chicken and spaghetti squash? or something along those lines
    S: Sorbet :)

    I feel like I'm eating WAY more than everyone else here but I'm just trying to follow the meal plan they give with P90x.... anyone have any thoughts/suggestions on that?

  • Oh sometimes I eat more too! I have been trying to eat every 2 hours, that's how I lose the most fat and speed up my metabolism.

    (i.e. I just drank a Protein to go which is 10 grams protein, 2 carbs to fill me up since I'm super hungry today)

  • First I want to say OUCH!!!! Did my first day of Insanity yesterday.... I am still alive though...

    Last Night: Had a turkey and swiss on wheat sandwhich with a side of honey dew melon

    B: Left Over Honey Dew Melon
    MS: Chobani Peach
    L: Salad with light dressing
    AS: Mandarin Oranges
    D:TBD....

    I am thinking that its time for me to start a month dinner menu.. Thinking of what to eat everyday is starting to get hard...

    W/O: Day 2 Insanity Cardio Power and Resistance....

    ::@Kat:: Going to publix today!!!! Finger crossed they have blueberry this time too...

  • @ Amber - Good job with the Insanity! Just watch that form and go slow, you have plenty of time to build up each day!
    and P.S. a hint for you might be to add in more protein. Try to find a 100% whey or blend shake to take post workout. I see you cut down on calories with good carbs, protein will help those absorb into the body and help you build lean muscle ;)

    Omg you HAVE to try the Cherry and I got Raspberry and Pomegranate too!

  • Hi :)  New to this board, can I join?

    Plans for today:

    B: Bagel thin w/ 2 eggwhites, sprinkle of fat free cheddar & turkey
    S: Cut up strawberries & banana
    L: Salad w/ chicken, tomatoes, carrots & grapes w/ balsamic vin dressing
    S: Almonds
    D: White lasagna (small portion, so bad) & mostly plate of broccoli.

  • haha, ok... i feel a little better. I'm way over weight so it said I need to have about 3,000 calories a day when doing this work out which just seems crazy to me but I'm hungry every 2 hours and I never feel stuffed when I'm done so it's hopefully doing the right thing lol... I still feel like all I do is eat tho lol

  • Malibu - I'd just stick to having a balance of carbs/protein (hence why I dig greek yogurt so much) with each snack and don't have tons of carbs late evening

    I was dead tired all day....my workout consisted of toddler chasing and cleaning.
