He has no idea where he put them. My ring is certified and we really want to put insurance on it but we need the papers. He's been searching for 2 weeks and can't find them anywhere. Now we have to use our one free re-print of the papers 3 weeks after we got engaged 
He asked me to give him one more week of searching his place before we go to Zales so if he hasn't found them by Friday, we're going in Saturday. Has anyone had to have their ring re-certified by Zales? Will they have to send my ring off?
