May 2012 Weddings

Yesterday:
I did a two-a-day! I felt guilty from super consuming pizza this past weekend so did:
A.M. - Insanity Max Interval Circuit - 40 mins
P.M. - Insanity Max Cardio Conditioning - 45 minutes
D - We went to Subway (all regular footlongs $5 until Aug 14th!)

Today:
I write to 'the last 5 lbs' in my Open letter....they won't go away! Slowly I'm getting down to 120...115 is my goal (I'm only 5'2") so I'm in no rush, but if I wasn't working so hard I'd get it.
W/O - barely made it through my 5k this morning...totally looking forward to a Rest Day tomorrow
B - small bowl of banana nut cheerios w/smart balance milk + protein
