let's just say I carbed up that day and night before
3 Birthdays on Saturday so lots of sweets this weekend but no candy..just cake...and I want no more lol

Workout - 40 minutes of a.m. Yoga / 45-60 minutes of circuit on my lunch break
B - Honey bunches of oats w/almond milk
