I have had the same raincoat from L.L. Bean for about eight years (crazy!) and have noticed it flaking on the inside (the part that touches my upper back/shoulders) it looks like dandruff! I need a new raincoat, it rains A LOT in New England so it is a necessity.
What brand/kind of raincoats do you ladies have/recommend?
