Yesterday we walked ALL over the place for our E shoot and I'd already done 45 minutes of Insanity that morning too. Dinner we were bad and went to a Hibachi grill place...I had chicken & shrimp though..
... to make up for that..
Today:
Insanity: Max Cardio Interval for an HOUR (dripping buckets of sweat)
Post workout: whey protein
B - Cheerios
