When FI and I had our wreck last week I hurt my back. I had to go to the doctor today about it. What irritates me is I am not able to workout like I was. I just hope it gets better soon so I can get back to losing weight before my dress comes in.

Sorry Krystal.  Hoping you have a speedy recovery. 

Can you go for moderate walks or anything like that?  I think the key here would be to try to stay as active as you can while staying within your limitations
