Stress!!! :(

So.... I know in the grand scheme of things it's not a HUGE deal... but in responce to the Inspiration PIP post I went to look up the picture of the dress I am IN LOVE with Maggie Sottero Felicity. I know it's way out of my price range so I had figured that when I was ready to buy I'd look for a knock off at DB or see if it was on sale at one of the other stores and I was ok with that.......

Until I just realized they've discontinued the dress. That means its probably on sale at the other stores now.... and I have no money.... and what if DB discontinues their knock off???

I've always believed in "if it's meant to be it will be" but I'm ready to throw that out the window for this dress! Gaah!!!

Ok... I think I'm done rambling on now........

There will be a dress out there that is perfect when you are ready to buy!! Check trunk shows, and if the dress is on sale, maybe it is marked down enough to the price that you can afford!

The only thing I can contribute is that I know DB will let you put a dress in lay-away and pay if off over time (they allow for 3 months) or they'll let you buy it on a DB "credit" card...

I remember the consultant asking me if I wanted to do either of the options...

You still have time to find another dress you love just as much. Or I'm sure you can find the Maggie dress pre-owned like Kat said.  It's not worth putting financial stress on yourself. I'm sure you'll be able to get the dress of your dreams one way or another!

Similiar thing happened to me but i found another dress i was even more in love with. so dont get stressed or discouraged. if its meant to be its meant to be.

I know that preownedweddingdresses.com also sells sample dresses (from bridal salons), and even some brand new with tags dresses, i.e. a bride bought it and changed her mind.  Definitely worth a try!

Ugh that is so frustrating! You still have time to find your dress though.

I did the DB credit card, and paid it off within 6 months so there is no interest. Its a great idea!! and then if your BMs need help paying for their dresses, you can put it on ur card and have them pay it off as they get the money. it works out! or you ccan do the lay-a-way like others have said!
