This weekend:
We did go out and drink on Friday night but for the most part the weekend was good for me and I really watched what I ate even with a Mother's day buffet lunch yesterday! I also only took off one day and the rest did my planned Insanity workouts
Today:
B - Chobani Strawberry/Banana yogurt
MS - Naked Mighty Mango (fighting off a little cold too)
L - Chicken Breast + baby spinach w/vinaigrette salad
AS - Protein post workout
W/O: Insanity Max Cardio Conditioning
D - TBD
