* 5/23 Monday - Weekend Accountability

Newbies: We do these posts to hold one another accountable for diet and fitness esp leading up to the big day!

Hope everyone had a great weekend!

This weekend:
I behaved pretty well considering it was the weekend. On Friday we went to the food festival and I behaved besides some light beer. Saturday ate healthy at the bridal pole dancing shower lol. Yesterday was back to the normal bringing food to work thing. 
Workouts: Did Insanity all weekend, took no days off since pole dancing was Saturday

Today:
W/O - Plan to do Insanity Cardio Abs here in a bit (working late at 1pm today) and then Cardio conditioning on my dinner break tonight
B - Banana nut cheerios w/Smart balance milk & 1/2 scoop protein
L - Salad w/chicken
Snacks - TBD

    Yesterday:
    D-Ham and Pasta in a cream of broccoli sauce with a small salad

    Today:
    B- Brown sugar cinnamon granola bar and a clementine
    Snack- Small herbal tea with honey
    L- Turkey breast on whole wheat bread with reduced fat cheddar cheese and reduced fat mayo. Small beef barley/vegetable soup
    D-TBD, probably leftovers

    W/O- Ab toning exercises and weights

  • Yesterday : Fuji apple chicken salad Thus weekend though was wine tasting with some friends and I ate a lot and drank a lot. The redemption was I got sick that night lol... Really sick and lost 2 lbs because of it :( hangover not fun :(
