This weekend:
I behaved pretty well considering it was the weekend. On Friday we went to the food festival and I behaved besides some light beer. Saturday ate healthy at the bridal pole dancing shower lol. Yesterday was back to the normal bringing food to work thing.
Workouts: Did Insanity all weekend, took no days off since pole dancing was Saturday
Today:
W/O - Plan to do Insanity Cardio Abs here in a bit (working late at 1pm today) and then Cardio conditioning on my dinner break tonight
B - Banana nut cheerios w/Smart balance milk & 1/2 scoop protein
L - Salad w/chicken
Snacks - TBD
