Newbies: We do these posts to hold each other accountable for diet and fitness especially leading up to the big day!

Good morning and happy Tuesday MAY-ladies!
Yesterday:
W/O - I ended up doing the 40 minute Insanity Core Cardio dvd with FI AND decided to run my 2 miles...I was pretty proud of myself. I think Insanity is totally helping my endurance and breathing (I'm asthmatic and haven't used my rescue inhaler in 4 weeks!)
Dinner - I wasn't too hungry after working out so had Banana but cheerios, some mango, and a protein shake lol
Today:
B - Lactaid cottage cheese + mango (they were on sale!)
MS - Planters Nutrition Energy bar
L - Healthy Choise Garlic Shrimp w/whole wheat pasta + apple sauce
AS - Planters Nutrition Energy nut pack, 100% cookies & creak whey post workout
D - TACO TUESDAY!!!
W/O: May do Insanity Core Cardio again or a Cardio circuit with weights at the gym
