S - sf jello, fruit, fro yo
D - 2 tacos from Qdoba
Workout - 5k run w/FI

Today:
B - 1/2 muffin + protein shake
Workout - Yoga X (80 minutes)

    L: spinach salad
    D: chicken soup w/ cheddar biscuit

    Today
    B: coffee
    L: broccoli cheddar soup

    Need to start working on incorporating more of a work out into my daily routine, these walks aren't cutting it! ...New Year's Resolution!

  • The rest of the week was kind of a wash... my fiance is a bad eating influence on me.

    Today:
    B: 2 low fat, whole wheat waffles with peanut butter
    L: lettuce wrap with turkey, tomato, and onion
    S: black coffee and a glass of skim milk
    W/O: ran 4.3 miles and then 15 minutes of weights (have the week off so was able to do my workout already :))

    To do:
    D: going with the FI's family to California Pizza Kitchen... will try and control myself
