Yesterday:
I did Insanity Max Cardio Conditioning on my lunch break (much needed after a crazy busy day; no matter how my day gets I never don't take a lunch break)
Dinner I had a whole grain pita with chicken + avocado
Today:
B - Chobani Black cherry yogurt
MS - Apple crisp from Dole
L - chicken breast + baby spinach salad
D - TACO TUESDAY!
W/O - Insanity Max Interval Circuit + whey protein postworkout
