Good morning May ladies!!

Newbies: we do these posts to hold one another accountable for diet and fitness especially leading up to the big day; join us!!

Yesterday:
I did Insanity Max Cardio Conditioning on my lunch break (much needed after a crazy busy day; no matter how my day gets I never don't take a lunch break)
Dinner I had a whole grain pita with chicken + avocado

Today:
B - Chobani Black cherry yogurt
MS - Apple crisp from Dole
L - chicken breast + baby spinach salad
D - TACO TUESDAY!
W/O - Insanity Max Interval Circuit + whey protein postworkout

    Happy Tuesday!!!!

    Last Night: I made amazing spaghetti last night... Wheat pasta with turkey meat sauce.....

    B: Peach Chobani
    MS: Going to David's Bridal... I know I know...
    L: Left over spaghetti
    AS: Peanut Butter and Apples
    D: TBD

    W/O: Not doing one found out today that we are putting one of stepmom dogs down so I decided to go see her before they take her to the vet....

  • Aw that's ok to not work out today; I'm sorry about that, you're such a sweetheart to go and be supportive...how sad :(

    AS: Bag of Orville Redenbacher 100-calorie popcorn
    D: TBD- probably grilled polenta slices with pasta sauce on top, and a Jello Mousse Temptations cup for dessert

    W/O: Did my hour-long boot camp class this AM
