* FRIDAY 4/8 Accountability!

Newbies: We do an Accountability post to note our workouts and food each day; with wellness and fitness there's no time like the time leading up to your wedding to get fit!
Happy FRIDAY May Ladies :)!!Dinner last night was a surprise from the FI: a dinner at this nice place called Della's: a jazz bar/restaurant, I had this great snapper with orzo and asparagus. We did cheat and had sangria and shared a bananas foster but it was FABU!
Today:B: fruit & cottage cheeseL: deli chicken sammich on whole wheatSs: apple, protein, baby spinach saladD: Not sure yet, going to a winery with friendsW/O: tInsanity: Plyo Cardio circuit

  • I just had a huge cup of chai with real cream instead of 2% and I ate a slice of coconut cake with it. I fail for today. But i did toss the cream to prevent this from happening on other mornings.

    Morning Laughing

    Last night I had a a salad made up of Iceberg Lettuce, Sprouts, grilled chicken, red onions, boiled egg whites topped with a sprinkle of Parmesan.  And for desert I had light ice cream. Hey I deserved it Innocent

    W/O- did 40 mins of the Interval Mountain Program and whoo that kicked my butt first time doing it too.  Love how it went from the lowest resistance to the highest, down a little lower than skyrocketed again.

    B-Granola Bar
    L- same as last night
    D- don't know yet. 


    My BBL will be here today.  So that will probably be my workout tonight

     

  • I did Week 1 Day 2 of C25K last night, and had chicken nuggets (the good kind from Tyson), potato wedges, and some carrot and celery sticks for dinner. :)

    Today:

    B - coffee and a molasses clove cookie...bad, I know
    L - baked mac and cheese
    D - not sure yet, but maybe a salad so I can be at least somewhat good today :/
    W/O - I think I'm going to do some P90X when I get home, probably the ab one since my legs should rest.
  • Hi Ladies!!!! Last Night: Took more tacos to work... W/O: Nada... :0( B: Nothing ( felt sick to my stomach this morning) MS: Nothing( still felt bad) L: T.G.I. Fridays jack daniel burger and fries and a strawberry lemonade slush...(starving by this time) D: TBD on the road to a car show have nooo clue...
