This weekend:
I made sure to workout... Friday did a run + insanity in the pm...Saturday did our 4 mi trail...Sunday did Insanity Max Plyo
Diet, still a challenge. Salads and fruit galore....good on protein...but pizza is still the devil!
Today:
W/O - 2.5 mi run + arms
B - banana nut cheerios + protein shake
Insanity shirt = officially broken in!
