So YAY for warm weather here in FL and going with a bunch of work friends Friday to the BEACH!

BUT how lucky am I that now that pre-monthly visitor time is over, she is actually HERE....this is the 2nd month we've gone to the beach and I am a happy bloated mess lol

Work's been slowing down too so nothing happier than looking forward to a relaxing weekend!!

Can yall believe that in 10 days its finally going to be May!!!!! I am getting soooo excited!!!! I am going to make appt to go dress shopping sometime next week...

I'm STILL searching for a venue... Everything we've looked at is either too expensive or booked!    I know we'll find something, but I'm starting to freak!

On a much happier note-- Only one more work day after today!  We have a 4 day weekend!  Woo Hoo!  Should be a great weekend!  Bachelorette Party on Friday & I just love Easter!

Happy Hump Day ladies... not much to report on my end. just did our engagement shoot and im waiting on the proof on my save the dates.
then i will post them up.

Not much to vent about either although one of my BM is dead set on eliminating people from my wedding guest list..pshhh see how well thats going to fly with me since its MY wedding. LOL

I'm jealous of your warm weather, klw!  We got snow/ice/rain mix yesterday.  It's so weird to see pics of people in shorts!

I'm annoyed at my FB friends who have some sort of weird brain malfunction every year around this time.  I'm so sick of the "ZOMG IT'S SNOWING!!!" "Where is SPRING?!?!?!"  We live in freaking WI!  It's snows in April.  Yes, two weeks ago it was 80, now it's 40.  This is the climate we chose to live in. Get over it!

K, vent over. In other news, FI comes home today from traveling for work, so...yay!

I live in Milwaukee, too!  I've only lived here for 3.5 years, so I still complain a little bit (I'm ready for warm weather), but I have learned not to get my hopes up after one 80 deg day. :/

I live in MN and it snowed earlier this morning.. now its rain. It is annoying, but nothing I can do about it. I am so glad itt is almost May!! I really hope this next year goes fast, everyone says it will... and it better!
What does everyone think about people saying the world will end May 21st, 2011, or December 21st, 2012?
I hope its not true...but what if?!

I'm actually in Madison, but that's still super close!

I get complaing a little bit.  Don't get me wrong, this weather sucks and I'm definitely over it.  I just don't get the shock of it that people express, I guess.

I don't know what to think about it.  I haven't heard about May 21, 2011...that's like...next month!  I sure hope that's not the case!  I don't think the world will end, but I can't help but see the heightened disasters that are happening as an ominous sign.

The May 21, 2011 date is a "prediction" from a religious zealot who also predicted the world would end in 1994 (he even wrote a book about it), even though the Bible says:

"No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, or the Son, but only the Father." - Matt. 24:36

I'm pretty sure we'll be okay. :)

As for December 21, 2012, it's the end of a cycle of the Mayan calender (althought their calender is a circle, and a new cycle starts, so it's not really the "end") and the date that the planets align.  It does seem a bit coincidental and scary, but does anyone remember how Y2K was ALSO supposed to be the end of the world?  My thoughts are that it's something that people are scared of, and they will always find some coincidence in nature that points to "the end".

I just try to stay strong in my beliefs and stay in a positive mindset.  I better be able to get married first before the end of the world! lol  And my FI is great and always reassures me:  "The only thing monumental that will happen in 2012 is our marriage."

Gpapale I am so glad you found that bible reading! It makees me feel a lot better. That is the only thing I am concerned about too.. I want to get married! And not spend my whole life here on Earth in school and college. If it does end.. we better be able to get married in heaven!

@all my Midwest ladies: Amen to the weather! It's like people have forgotten how it is even though they have lived through four different season their whole life (usually)! lol I'm from Northwest Indiana/Southwest suburb of Chicago and our lake effect is CRAZY but I've learned to understand that's what comes with this location!! =o)) Just like last night... it was hailing! Crazyness!

My whatever goes wednesday is just to have time slow down. I LOVE the fact that I am getting married next year but I remember being 21 like it was yesterday and I will be 25 this June! Next thing I know I will be 40 saying where the heck did my life go........ but hopefully also saying WHAT A RIDE! =o))

My whatever goes Wednesday... I'm overjoyed that it's all finally happening... marrying the man of my dreams, in process of buying a house, and now on a waiting list for a pug furbaby for the end of this summer!!!
