It was a busy and productive weekend! Yesterday, I went for my hair trial and am so happy with how it looks. And, she is only charging me $50.00 to do my hair the day of the wedding!

Then I came up with a last minute DIY project that FI begged me not to do but, after I started it, he completely agreed that it was the better way to go! We are having a photo booth and I found some inexpensive sleeves for the guests to store their pictures in but, they were thin and just looked cheap to me. So, I created this and will have them in a basket for people to take (made 200 of them):
Then I found our card box and was so thrilled because it was 40% off at Michaels! My daughter was supposed to make our box for us but she is having some life struggles and I felt horrible holding her to a project when she is trying to work out things in her own life. So, we found this and it's perfect. I put our 1st grade pictures inside; it has butterflies, which is part of our theme, and it's a suitcase which fits because any cash we get we plan to put towards our spending money in Greece!
Along with all of these wedding checks, we found time to go see The Lorax today (cute but not what I was hoping for); bought everything we needed to fill our 4 planters in the backyard with spring flowers and got that finished before the sun went down today; celebrated my son getting his first job here (just moved back about 1 month ago) so we took him to dinner; organized all the clutter that's been piling up from the wedding and did some work stuff I had to get done before tomorrow too! Very busy but incredibly rewarding weekend!
