Happy Monday MAY Ladies!

This weekend:
I didn't cheat too much! I am PMSing...aaaaagain...so it's been tough but I usually just grab a couple of almond M & Ms to soothe any cravings here and there...nothing like water retention, though, to make ya feel fatty, yay lol

Today:
W/O - 2.5 mile jog and abs/arms with resistance bands
B - small bowl of cheerios + protein shake
L - Mom's pho soup with rice noodles (beef broth-vietnamese dish)
