HELP who makes this dress!!

I left the TV on casually the other night and I think I found my dream dress but cant figure out who the designer is and the style. It was on 1600 Penn for the season finale. It is a body huging gown with an asymmetrical ruffle bodice. Any hints ladies?

I googled "1600 penn wedding dress" and found out it's made by L'ezu. Can't find it on the site, though.
