Really upset about my dress.

I was told my alterations would be finished on the 2nd, they were only adding the bustle and my grandma was going to finishing hemming it. Well, it is more than 3 weeks later and still no bustle! I feel as though I shouldn't have to pay for this! It is SO late!! How would you react to this?

If your profile is right and your wedding is on May 25th. I would call them and tell them I needed my dress by this weekend. And ask them what the problem is. Honestly, if they aren't done by Monday, I would go pick my dress up and take it somewhere else.

I just got off the phone with them and they haven't even started. I am picking it up tomorrow.

A simple bustle should take them 15 minutes. A very complicated bustle might take an hour. These people are being ridiculous. I'm sorry you are dealing with that.

Omgosh, they still haven't started?! I'm soo happy to ready you're going to pick it up tomorrow! There are lots of places you can go that can get the bustle done, & you can pick it up same day!
