he died from carbon monoxide poisoning. his car got stuck in some mud while offroading, and the 3 people in his car all died. i'm assuming they were waiting for help, and since it is cold out they had the heat on in the running car, not realizing the exhaust was submerged. sad.

It is sad. He was the only good thing about that show. It baffles me that 3 adult men would not know that you have to open a window.

i'm surprised they didn't know to keep the exhaust clear, but that's me being dumb assuming it's common knowledge. i heard of a few people, even children, dying from carbon monoxide poisoning this winter, so apparently it's not so common to know.

i didn't watch that show after seeing one episode, but i remembered the guy.

crazy that any the JS cast members haven't accidentally killed themselves.

I did see that earlier.  I was also surprised that they didn't know better about the exhaust, but I guess I shouldn't be.

When I read about his death the first time, I saw that a couple other cast members have been in some trouble recently.

No! I was born in Fla, but spent most of my life in NY. I moved back to Fla, in my late twenties, but I could not take it so me and my FI decided to move back to NY.
