I've been meaning to post this for a while. Restaurant lists the names of people who made reservations but did not show up.

that's going to kill their business. 

i can completely understand why the restaurant would be frustrated, but at the same time, they need to reevaluate their policy on reservations. Either start accepting walk-ins and give up a no call/no show table if the person is more than x minutes late or require a credit card for the reservation.
