Wedding Woes

gender/toy annoyance

I just booked our vacation for December (another cruise from Galveston) and now that i have added the additional guests to the reservation (including a little girl who will be 3 yo at the time of the trip) I have the option of adding "The Barbie Premium Experience." (Which doesn't fully make sense because she will be too young...)

The Barbie Premium Experience, only on Royal Caribbean, brings aboard the fab-tastic style of the world's most famous fashion doll! Girls age 4 to 11 set sail on a Barbie dream cruise complete with fun, fashion and runway moments. Make lifelong memories and take to the waves in true Barbie style!

This exclusive package will be available on most of our ships between now and May 2013. Reserve the Barbie Premium Experience for just $349 per child on sailings 5 nights or longer.*

Includes:

Barbie stateroom decor, Tiara tea party, a mermaid dance class, a fashion design workshop, and a runway show.

Re: gender/toy annoyance

  • Barbie stateroom decor sounds like a living nightmare.
  • I'm down with the tiara party though.

I'm curious about the mermaid dance class.  is it just swimming fancy?
