Wedding Woes

You know the drill

Any big plans?

We have niece's First Communion and my brother is coming in.  I just found out he's going to miss Max's baptism.  My head understands, but my heart is sad.

DH wants to do yardwork, but I don't think the weather agrees. I'm making muffins and a fruit tray for the neighbor.

Brother also told me he had a 9 yo patient that night listed at 100 kilos.  He thought the chart was a typo, but no the little girl was 220 lbs
  • Nothing much.  Son has a double-header tomorrow so we'll be at the park all day.

Sunday DH has to work and then he's off for the week.  He's already driving me crazy trying to figure out what we're going to do.  We don't have a project planned (just finish up the mulching) and he can't stand to be home during the day with nothing to do.  He's always complaining he's bored two days into the week.

Today is nothing...tonight BigSIs is coming to gather Buffy for an overnight.

Tomorrow I have the AM free to do my own stuff and in the afternoon I'm going to help w/ the next level of sci. competition (this is volunteer, not work.  Good connections for m though)

Sunday, church and more nothing I hope--maybe take Buffy to the local zoo?
  • DH comes home this afternoon.  They should be done hunting around 11am and then he's hitting the road home.

I'm supposed to go to a House Party thing tomorrow. I think it's for L'Oreal.  I have one next weekend for Keurig.  For me, it's all an excuse to hang out and drink with my friends.   DH and the kiddo have science fair stuff to do.  They may go see DH's aunt and uncle who are in town with some drag racing thing (uncle is a driver and also a racing software developer).

Sunday, I'm not sure.  I am going to go over to A's mom's house as it is her bday on Sunday and her mom's having a thing.

I just hope I get lots of sleep this weekend.  And maybe DH being home will help DefConn stop having bedtime tantrums.

  • Tonight: dinner w/ besties

Tomorrow: maybe paint the nursery if DH can finish the ceiling fan today, then going to a charity dinner w/ a friend while DH does the Rave Run 5k that night.

V- you should only be so lucky to find that combo appetizing.  Yes, this is true.  And there is only one O-face.  *hair toss*

Tonight-I hope to run a few fast miles, maybe with H, maybe not.  It's nice because he pushes me to go faster.

Tomorrow-regular breakfast nonsense, and then dad and I are leaving town to go to a race.  So it'll be a Cheesecake Factory dinner, and random walking.

Sunday-Run another 1/2 (YAY!), hopefully where my foot DOESN'T go numb, and blast out some good numbers.  Then breakfast in fun city, maybe a TJ's stop.  Then I come home and say "BON VOYAGE!" to H for the week for his first week of law enforcement training.  Whee!  (sad face)

6---that is no "little" girl.  How tragic...I am angry at her parents.

  • Tonight I'm going to pick up potting soil.

Tomorrow - spend the day with DD, re-pot my newly sprouted seeds (peas and sweet peppers!!), then get all dolled up for my friend's wedding.

Sunday - go into the city and hang out with my mom and DD.
  • Tonight- DH works late so I'm going to get started and party stuff. Saturday is DS's birthday party so I'll be cooking and cleaning for that. Party is in the evening so I have all day which is good for this slow old woman. Sunday will be relaxing. I may head over to Old Navy to look at maternity clothes. I got two pairs of shorts but I'd like some dresses.
  • Oh I know there's only one.  AND GET OUT OF MAH HEAD!!!  ;)

I'm glad to be done with races until probably August (we want to do the Electric Run).  And I don't think I'm ever going to want to run a race that is timed or just plain running.  Another friend wants to do the Foam Run.  I keep watching the videos and thinking, "I don't think this is me OMG THAT'S MUD".  IDK, we'll see.

    Also, my tutu is AWESOME.
  • Pics or it didn't happen, V.

Races are only a "race" if you make them so.  They should be fun.

  • Tonight may be dinner out, dunno yet. WE've been meaning to go out to celebrate dh's promotion, but this week was bad. Sis and bil are moving into an apartment tonight, but the majority of their stuff is still in Oregon, so I am running our air mattress over for them to use until everything gets here.

Tomorrow, we are going to play cowboy/voctorian/steampunk in the desert. Baby too, my MIL made her a little gown to wear. We are staying overnight as the 3 hour dirve there is enough in one day, especially ith a 3 month old.

Sunday we will come home, should do some clenaing and laundry, but we will likely do nothing. ANd do it as a family.
