LOVE THIS...
Wearing it today over a black and white chevron scoop-neck dress and black patent pumps. (ugly house chick would be damn proud - even moreso if i paired the dress with my pink blazer) The pop of blue works well witht he black and white, and makes the dress less dizzying. (the dress is cute but too much on it's own)
love the color and fit, and it breathes very well. works well with a top heavy hourglass - nip at the waist is flattering. I've had like 7 people compliment my outfit today. :-)
