Ditto wzz.  You can print a 40% off coupon on Hobby Lobby's website.  I got a roll of 25yds of tulle for $3.

Oh yeah, tulle is cheap.  It's just silly that I now have this things that I haven't bothered with in so long that I can't remember where it is.  I think it proves that it's okay to use for this project if I can find it.
