Guess what I just received as a gift this morning?

Root Beer Smencil.  Someone's grandson is selling them as a fundraiser.

The cool thing is that the pencil is made completely of recycled newspapers and the tube is biodegradable plastic.

I don't have an picture taking capability at work, boo.

Son used to beg us for money to buy smencils.  He loved those things.

Sad.    But does it really smell like root beer?

O-face, it really does.  It's a bit strong, so I've left it in the tube, but it smells like sasparilla or Barqs.  Spicy type root beer.  Not real chemically either, I was kind of impressed.

There was orange, cotton candy, grape, black cherry...she listed off some other ones I no longer remember.  I did tell her about Smens and she laughed.
