Guest List Issues with my The Knot Website

Is anyone else having issues with The Knot's guest list/RSVP service? I cannot figure out how to get the "guest's" last name to appear. Therefore, when people RSVP their names are not registering as being on the list?! I used the template The Knot supplied. This RSVP service is crap if I can't get it to work in the next few days. Major bummer.

    i think this board seriously needs a sticky post regarding the notorious website issues, and to scroll down to see the once per day posts about it.

    Assume that all theknot tools are crap and won't work.
    Assume that any information they collect goes into their databases and will never come back out again in a form you can use.
