Champagne Dress with Black/White Damask Theme?

Would a champagne dress work with a black & white damask theme wedding?

I knew right away that Damask was the way to go so I started buying items, then I found my dress and even though it was champagne I couldn't pass it up!

Has anyone else had a black and white wedding with a champagne dress?

I think that would look really lovely! I wore a champagne dress, and what little decor we had was white and grey (dark-ish grey).

Absolutely fine.  I'm wearing a champagne dress and our colors are black and red.  We will have damask and lace accents as well.
I see no reason your dress has to match your decor.

Agree with previous posters.  Everything I've purchased for my wedding is black and white damask as well....and I just bought an ivory dress.
