Which shoe?

Since my mom and sister have not responded to my email yet, you ladies get to help decide which shoes I should get. I need as flat a sandal as possible, since my dress is almost a hair too short even in bare feet (not gonna stress over that since I didn't want a heel anyway). I've had a really hard time finding something that fit the mood, but here are 2 that I do like:


I actually fell in love with a pair of Kate Spade sandals, but no way am I spending $240 on sandals. Sorry, Kate.

I am going to say the second one.  I think the closed heel would be better because I would be afraid that the dress may keep slipping under your heel with the other.  And that could get very annoying.

My vote is for the second one, too. For the closed heel reason that Maggie mentioned, also, I wore a similar pair to the first ones (in silver) and my feet slid around all night. It looks like the second pair at least has a bit of an absorbent insole.

I'm torn, I actually like #1 better but a few of the PP had good reasons to go with #2.

The first one looks like is has less support. I can't wear very flat shoes, they hurt just as bad as stilettos after a while. Number 2!
