Dishonest owners and managers at The Castle Reception Center in Layton, UT

I am writing to warn brides about the Castle Reception Center in Layton Utah. The owners are dishonest and the managers are un reliable and do not communicate well with brides. They are very money driven and that is all they care about. They are very unethical and dishonest. Until they get new ownership/leadership I will continue to keep not recommending this venue to any and every bride I encounter with which is A LOT, as I am an Event planner professional.

your communication is terrible, as well. what did they do specifically that was dishonest and unrealiable? did you write them a well thought out complaint letter with specific instances that you can point out to them? when you did clearly communicate the problems you had, what exactly did they do or not do to help you?

this post might also go well on a UT board. as an event planing professional, i hope you communicate clearly with your clients, much better than this post shows. syaing a vendor is dishonest is about as helpful as saying "everything on the menu is good".

Every vendor is money-driven, including you.  Unless you do your wedding planning out of the goodness of your heart?  

As pp suggested, it is most beneficial to explain why you would be dissuading clients and potential clients from contracting with them?  What specifically did they do that was dishonest? Slander on this website using your real name (as I suspect you did) is a risky business.

And yes, I really don't care about any venue in Utah.  Most people here won't.   There is a Utah Board. <<<<<<
